White House Easter Egg Roll

Thanks to a good friend, we were given tickets to the White House Easter Egg Roll! Being a Cali girl, I didn't know this has been a big tradition since 1878. Thousands of people put in for a lottery to win tickets to this event. It was fun to participate this year!
Here we are waiting in line to get in- it took over an hour to get in for our time slot. Everyone had fun chatting in line.
On the South Lawn. I vote for this guy...good looks, smart, and most importantly he has a biblical worldview because he loves Jesus.

 The egg roll.

The Surgeon General read the Giving Tree and Oh, the Places You'll Go to the kids- what fun!

 Bowling!

As we left, the girls each received a package of goodies from the Egg Roll- each were filled with Peeps, Skittles, an egg dye kit, recipes for eggs, coloring book, and the 2018 White House Egg.
