On our way home from Santa Barbara my dad called saying he missed Maddie, and wanted to see if we could drop by for dinner that night. A few hours later my sister called to see where I was, and then we talked for a few minutes longer. Then my dad called again wondering what time we'd be over that night. By that point I had a hunch the James were at my parent's house. It turned out I was right! Melissa and Ben made a surprise visit to LA for 2 days.

I'm pretty excited because I get to see the James again- Maddie and I fly there to spend 5 days with them next week!
